Doreen was a key figure in our building. She was a no-nonsense kind of person. She loved playing cards and come to our bingo night. One key story that stands out in my memory of Doreen is, she never answered her door. She would yell, 'come in'. This would bite her in the end one day when someone knocked, she yelled,'come in' and she turned around and a man she did not know was standing beside her !! She will be missed but always in our thoughts. Heaven doesn't know what they're in for !!
