Obituary for Donald Adolphus Runnalls

Passed away peacefully in his 90th year at Southlake Village on November 7, 2017. Beloved husband of the late Beatrice (Bea) (nee Snider). Lovingly survived by his daughters Debbie and her husband Frank Bergin and Angela and her husband Charles Baker. Proud grandfather to Alexander, Christopher and Shannon Bergin and Robert and Daniel Baker. Dear brother of Kenneth Runnalls (Audrey), both deceased, brother-in-law to Ted (deceased) and Verna Snider and uncle to Kendra Hennessey, Karl and Rick Runnalls, and Jim, Arnold and Tim Snider. Don was a teacher and principal for YRDSB (Alexander Muir and Stuart Scott )for 24 years and prior for 13 years in the Stirling area. Long time member of Trinity United Church. The family will receive friends at Roadhouse & Rose Funeral Home, 157 Main Street South, Newmarket on Sunday, November 12, 2017 from 1 - 4 pm. The funeral service will be held at Trinity United Church, 168 Main Street South, Newmarket on Monday, November 13, 2017 at 11 am. Interment to follow at Newmarket Cemetery. A reception at Trinity United Church will follow the interment. If desired memorial donations to Trinity United and Southlake Village would be appreciated by the family. A very special thank you to the staff at Southlake Village for their kindness and exceptional care of Don.
